Every Grave & Ember piece is made to order. We don't keep shelves of preprinted goods waiting around. Your order is created especially for you, then packed and sent on its way.
SHIPPING
Production
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days. Production may take longer during busy periods, particularly as Halloween approaches.
Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location, the items ordered and the shipping method available at checkout.
Production time and shipping time are separate. Your estimated delivery window, where available, will be shown during checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Multiple packages
If you order several items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.
Halloween orders
Ordering for a particular event? Please order early. Production and carrier delays can happen, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MADE FOR YOU.
Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, color selections or changes of mind.
Please review the product description, size chart and your order details before purchasing.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at knock@graveandember.com.

We'll review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for eligible claims.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately. Because orders can enter production quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows a delivery problem or your package appears to be missing, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate and explain the available options.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
