There comes a night every year when the house changes.

The windows go dark earlier. The lamps stay on longer. The first cold air slips through the door.

And suddenly, October is here.

The Darker Season Tapestry was created for that moment.

At its center, a black cat arches beneath an enormous harvest moon, surrounded by cemetery gates, bare branches, ravens, witches, jack-o'-lanterns and fragments of forgotten Halloween imagery.

Woven throughout the design are the words GRAVE & EMBER · THE DARKER SEASON RETURNS, with OCTOBER 31 · ALL HALLOWS · AFTER MIDNIGHT around the border.

And along the bottom, the words that started it all:

FOR THOSE WHO NEVER OUTGREW OCTOBER.

Inspired by antique Halloween textiles and old Americana, this oversized woven throw was designed to feel like something discovered in a cedar chest. Something that comes out every autumn and eventually becomes part of your family's October traditions.

This isn't a Halloween illustration printed onto the surface of a blanket.

The artwork is woven directly into the textile using 100% cotton yarn, giving it the textured, imperfect character of a vintage tapestry.

The colors are formed by the woven threads themselves, while decorative fringed edges complete the old-world appearance.

The texture isn't an afterthought.

It's part of the story.

CARE

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry on low heat.
